Empty Nest Support is a welcoming harbor and a place to build a larger community for each other. I believe we write
because we are all wanting to make a connection, know who we are, and unfold what we are needing, feeling and
thinking.

    we are all trying to help eachother and first have to help ourselves and that is not easy in the loss. Thank goodness for this empty nest place to speak and get support. Barbara

    As I pop in and out of the Forum and read the posts and often reply, I sense how good it is that we have this place to come to. Our struggle is a real one….the “empty” of the empty nest …. the void …. the loss …. the worry…. the grieving and the hope. Hope for a future , hope that we will get through one more day….hope of finding a way to channel the pain and the loss.
    And here there is hope, and we find ourselves with sisters and friends we may never see, but will nonetheless help each other with support, understanding and very often humor. The heart seems to always be searching……
