What a beautiful set of thoughts, Natalie. I’ve felt so many of these things this summer-what a transition time!! I’ve been able to get out of some ruts I’ve driven myself into and make some changes which make sense for me. All of a sudden, I’ve realized that the pain I’ve felt this summer has been a turning point-don’t know how all of this has happened . Have just been driving away at changing some negative thinking bad habits. So have decided to teach another, more challenging course this fall, get my teeth straightened, and stick to my healthy living plan. BUT-I’m feeling so much better physically, getting stronger by working out and bicycling every day, taking care of my physical needs(nutrition, sexuality), feeding my mind, and enjoying the precious PRESENT moment.
