Pink_Flowers_4322.jpgMen and women have been sharing their list with me, “What Positive Obsessions Do You Have?”

1. Cycling
2. Finding new work
3. A partner I can really talk too and be me
4. Being a grand parent
5. Making a difference
6. Music
7. Reading
8. Walking away from drama
9. Treating myself kindly
10. Praying
11. Staying healthy
12. Forgiving my parents
13. Acting in a grateful way daily
14. Being here and not there
15. Loving the life I have
16, Being in nature
17. Going to museums
18. Art classes
19. Deleting the need to have answers
20. Taking one small step forward

What would you add to the list?  As a practice this week:

Ocean_Sun_4266.jpgNOTICE WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY.
NOTICE WHO YOU MAKE HAPPY.

During our group, a grey and brown small bird landed on the patio.  I smiled. Notice everything that makes you happy.

WRITE IT DOWN.  I know you don’t want to do that part, just do it.  You don’t have to write full sentences.  Healing and change happen more often when you write.

Integration happens .

Take good care,
Natalie
