Courage

A woman shared with me that her courage evaporated. She had been betrayed, thrown under the bus, as she calls it, by another woman at work. She was shocked.

There was no warning for this behavior, or was there.  As she continued to share the story, she discovered the woman had been controlling in not asking her questions but telling her how to be when her role was not THE BOSS of her.

She remembered a time this same woman didn’t share in her joy when she got a fantastic work gig. Rather than being happy for her, she warned her to, WATCH HER BACK.

Of course, there is more to the insights and stories.  Sometimes when we make the time to review behaviors, we get insights. Unfortunately, there are times, we don’t and the actions remain a mystery. Maybe the learning is that you don’t always get to know why.  You do get to move forward, again.

COURAGE.  You may have it one area and not another of your life.  Entering the unknown does take courage.  Why wait for it to show up?  Why not practice being courageous by knowing you can handle the results.  You can handle whatever comes your way.

Figure out how you can practice COURAGE. One idea is to know how happy you will be with yourself when do…

Go for happiness.  Enjoy the leap. Email me your courageous actions or call to begin support to be COURAGEOUS.

Take care,
Natalie
