SUPPORT GROUP FOR EMPTY NESTERS via ZOOM

July 22, 2021 | by Natalie Caine | 9 Comments

I am excited to offer this support and am still dreaming of meeting in person as we did before.  Space is limited because I want each to have time to participate. Tools, tips, support, new friendships. Email for further information: natalie@lifeintransition.org.

We have all been through a very unexpected journey and it’s time to prepare again for resources needed both internally and externally. I heard you when you asked to meet on Zoom to be with others who are in the empty nest or about to launch. I look forward to answering your questions.

Take good care,

Natalie

    Natalie,

My son left for college again and I am really in need of some support with all the unknowns around this. I would love to find out more about your groups.

  2. Hi Rachel. Oh I know how painful that is. Please give me a call 310 454 0040. Take care. The groups are forming on Zoom for now and hopefully in person .

  6. Hi – my only daughter is getting ready to go to college and I’m already grieving so want to get support so I don’t feel so alone in it. Single mom in Los Angeles 🙂

  7. Hi Jennifer,
Thanks for writing. Yes, I will call you. I know the roller coaster of feelings and not wanting to go through it alone. My daughter went 3000 miles from home for college. Yes, a major transition. Take care, Natalie

So glad I googled this topic-empy nester-and found you ALL! Was at my daughter’s 28th birthday celebration on Saturday (she’s my youngest child of three) and left after an hour, crying the whole drive home. Cried all evening and the following day. Felt like I was there but no one noticed. Feeling that a lot these past three years.

  9. Cindy, I am sorry you are going through this and I cant imagine what a horrible feeling the birthday was and days after. Maybe the blogs on LIfe in Transition, my website, will help. Call if you want a private session. Be gentle with yourself.
